Changing source lib / file API?

 Is there and API that can change the source lib / file in a *PGM, *MODULE
and *SRVPGM object?

 I have a situation where there are quite a few thousand programs that the
source has been moved to a different library and we would like to change
the source info within the object w/o having to recompile them all.

 If there are no official APIs, then an MI solution would be fine too.
