Done.

If it was up to me I would have done the same to STRSEU.  For at least a
four week period after putting everyone through a CODE/400 class.  Instead
of getting thanked for the doughnuts and go back and do it the old way and
not even try what you just spent a few grand on an instructor for.

Revenge has it's benefits.  One of the people laid off went to interview at
a local company.  That local company had just toured us to see how we use
CODE/400.  When asked about this person my reply was 'He took the class.'
I don't think he got the job.
