Latest update:  While IPL's etc will not free up this lock on a member 
from the toolset, waiting 7 days will.

Going to rename and/or delete the STRRLU command.  If anyone wants to use 
that, they can use CODE instead.

Dan,

I am hoping that by providing IBM with the system object name that I've 
prodded them enough to search a little harder.  If that doesn't pan out I 
may try the MI list.
