I hope so, because IBM just sent me a note saying they won't even send out
PTFs for V4R5 anymore.  "Two of your PTF orders were not processed because
programming services only accepts requests for R510 and R520."  The two not
processed were my requests for CUM and GRP for R450.  What's really bizarre
is that the Hipers I requested were dated 01/14/2003 and the HTTP group PTFs
were dated 01/16/2003.  They're barely a week old, but you can't order them
anymore.  What's up with THAT?

Actually, the whole concept is confusing.  Is the idea that if you missed
the cutoff a few weeks ago, you're S-O-L?  Pretty Draconian policy, but not
surprising given the kinds of decisions they're making these days.  But even
that doesn't make sense, because if the cutoff was 12/31/2002, then how
could you get the PTFs that were released last week?

I'm fuzzy on the details, but I think time travel is involved.
