How often?

Is it rare enough that the users don't mind fixing the one time per year 
it occurs versus paying you to address that rarity?

That was me, Scott.

Only problem with csv, with the double quotes used to enclose character
fields, is that we'll get double quote characters as data, and that
creates havoc with the data when Excel converts it.
