Yes, I eventually realized that you had to select a title in order to access
the cart options. I then filled out the the order form, clicked submit, and
was quickly informed that my order couldn't be processed because there was
something wrong with the "AVS" information on my credit card. I assumed this
to mean that I made a mistake when entering the cardholder information, so I
clicked the button that said "Click here to go back". That rewarded me with
an error page saying my session had expired (this all took place within 30
seconds of initial submit), and no additional navigational controls. So,
with nothing left to lose, I clicked Refresh on my browser. You guessed
it.... back to a blank order form.

I gave up in frustration. Maybe I'll try again when my patience returns.

Or, preferably, can you sell/send it directly?
