We're using the new DVD. A lot slower than our 3590. But QED. Order them from IBM and they send you a Fuji, and not even private labeled for IBM. I think they were 2.6GB per side. Yes, you do use both sides. They come in a protective box. These DVD drives allow you to stick in the traditional CD's or these DVD's within the box. Simple as SAVLIB DEV(OPT01) See also INZOPT.
