Have you looked at tcp port restrictions? (shutting off selected ports)

also, in your service table entries, make sure 8475 still used for rmtcmd

as-rmtcmd                                8475  tcp
(and i don't think there can be 2 different services on same port? remember
each port can have 2 entries, tcp and udp.
