E.g., I just tried it with a negative >number with 7 in the units position - comes through as 'P'. yep, that's what I am seeing. Or exactly, when I download the file to my Windows I see '0000P', but my american colleague says he sees '000X' ??? Well, but CPYTOIMPF seems to clear the issue. '-15' gets through as '-15' and then its ok. Thanks, Oliver
