The console, of whatever type, runs in the controlling subsystem (QCTL or
QBASE) and is usually named DSP01. No need to manage beyond this.

Changing the type is done when you IPL to DST, IIRC. We use a
direct-connect to OpsConsole. I don't know which one comes up if you have a
choice, i.e., a dedicated network card, a twinax adapter, or the comm card
for OpsConsole.
