Jim, Good suggestion. We will demand an itemized, detail quote. The admin fee is applicable if you are not a support contract customer (we aren't, and weren't the last time we did this, when there was no charge). Well, I should qualify and say that that's how our license agreement reads, I am assuming that other people's are similar or the same. The administrative fee is noted as "nominal". I wonder how many nominals you get for $10,000....
