We have in our shops quite a number of printers. Some of them are NET
printers, i.e. having their own IP address, not running under
ClientAccess or the like.
We are NOT using Remote Outq's. We rather have these Net Printers
defined as normal CRTDEVPRT devices. A typical case is for an IBM
INFOPRINT12

Everything works right, except ...

When any printer runs out of forms, a message is usually sent to either
QSYSOPR or any other queue which has been defined for that purpose.
This works as expected for normal printers, but NOT for these Net
printers.
How could we get a message being sent to some queue when any of these
printer run out of forms?

Are we missing something ? Just in case it makes any difference, we're
running V4R5.
TIA
