Adam,

How alert can CSC be to changes in the software if they can't even act on
something they were given several years notice on? IBM was quite open on
when OV/400 was going to die, yet CSC failed to change with the times?
Hopefully they don't have to react to government changes in the insurance
industry.

Also, you should be able to upgrade to V4R5. You had stated that you
couldn't go past V4R4 due to the OV/400 api's. However OV/400 was
supported under V4R5. I think at one time they planned on removing
support for in under V4R5 but backed off one release to V5R1.

Yeah, CSC (was PMSC) is what is keepign us from goign past V4R4 due to the
office vision APIs.

CSC apaprently has a possible solution to translating the notepad to word
docs or soemthing. Still have to look into how we are going to tie it all
together witht he green screen policy info.
