The problem is that webfacing is notoriously fat, and it doesn't have to be that way. I did note that my "real world" access time was 1/4 second. Did you read that? The same program running straight 5250 is about 10 times as fast. What size > packet is that? Smaller than any webpage you can think up I imagine. I have no idea what's wrong with your network. My ping time is regularly 0ms, which I assume means under 1ms. There's something strange about a network that requires 12ms for a local ping. Joe
