Jeff I believe you need the OVRDBF, but not the shared ODP. An alternative is a QM qrery - put this into a source member and CRTQMQRY with it: select * from custord where shpsts = ' ' Then STRQMQRY QRYNAME output(*outfile) outfile(libname/filename) and then the CPYTOIMPF.
