Well, then it was my bad.  The article sort of implied poorly the use of the
MS money.

As for the Mac apps.  I still don't agree with you.  Maybe the only reason I
can think of is because there are just no Mac developers there to resource.

I mean, if there were Cocoa developers there, what would keep people from
writing Mac apps?
