This is a multi-part message in MIME format. -- Security, do not let just anyone change their jobs, make sure your programmers do not set any up that way, and make sure your operations staff knows you will start with their pinky finger, when they move things to qinter, for breaking or cutting off appendages. I have seen many shops that give users far too much authority, and they DO find out how far they can go to change their jobs, spool files, and even their own profiles - sounds like you have to tighten up the ship a little bit more.
