I'm guessing (though, maybe you have more information than I do) that the problem is that reverse DNS does not work. In other words, 'atlanta.stocorp.com' resolves to 63.254.226.219 just fine, but the reverse is not true... looking up 63.254.226.219 does not yield 'atlanta.stocorp.com' If this is the case, you need to get your ISP (or whomever owns the IP 63.254.226.219) to change their DNS tables so that it does in fact resolve to atlanta.stocorp.com. All Earthlink is trying to do is reduce spam by disallowing mail sent from untrusted relays. Since your IP address resolves to zzz-063254226219.splitrock.net, it looks like a 'temporary' server that was just set up to relay spam, rather than a permanent, professional relay. There are other companies who use similar techniques to this. Such as the people who run FreeBSD.org... Are you relaying the mail directly to earthlink, or are you using a smart host? If you're relaying directly, using a smart host may solve your problem.
