If you can't get to a command line to do that, and if you have time, slipping LIC from your latest SAVSYS should get them back. This was a fairly common problem when I was on SupportLine, but that was back in the v3r7 days, so don't dive into that until someone else confirms. -----Original Message----- From: Jeff Bull [mailto:Jeff.Bull@itm-group.co.uk] Sent: Tuesday, December 10, 2002 11:23 AM To: 'midrange-l@midrange.com' Cc: 'dwright@celsinc.com' Subject: RE: All SST Profiles Disabled... Now what? If you are at v5r1 or later, use CHGDSTPWD which will change the DST/SST password for QSECOFR and re-enable it. You must be signed on (to OS/400) as QSECOFR to do this. Jeff Bull PS. I believe this is in the Midrange-L archive. -----Original Message----- From: David Wright [mailto:dwright@celsinc.com] Sent: 10 December 2002 16:24 To: Midrange-L (E-mail) Subject: All SST Profiles Disabled... Now what? Hi All, We had some problems here last night, and when we attempted to logon to the console, we discovered that all 4 SST User Profiles have been disabled. To manage those accounts, you have to sign on to SST with a valid account... With all accounts disabled, how can we re-enable one? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, David _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l. ________________________________________________________________________ This e-mail has been scanned for all viruses by ITM.
