Actually, they don't, the examples do.  Just substitute the same library
for each example.  BPCSFST was the original, BPCSFVI was when I tried it
manually instead of via CL.  The physical is in a library BPCSFxx and the
logical is to be created in the same exact library.  For some reason OS/400
thinks the physical is in ASP 1.

I just tried it via Ops Nav SQL Script and it came back with SQL5016 code
8; which translates into the same problem.
