The remote outq is simply a way to redirect a spooled file from an outq on your machine to an outq on another machine. At that point, the handling of the spooled file is up to the remote machine. Unless I'm mistaken, to change the characteristics of how that machine works, you'd have to log on to that machine, find the printer associated with the output queue, and change its SEPPGM parameter.
