AS400 Signon screen problem - NO FTP Access available

This is a follow up message to my prevoius post. I do not have the ability to 
FTP the AS400 in question. Does anyone know the IPL codes that I can use to 
restart the AS400, so that i can get in and change the system from using the 
QDSIGON in library MYQSYS.
