Nilda, Take a look at the "List Job Schedule Entries (QWCLSCDE)" API. This API writes info on all (or selected) job schedule entries to a user space that you could read and then write out to a database file. You'll want to use the SCDL0200 format for that API so you can get the command. Hope this points you in the right direction. There should be some samples of processing a user space in the archives. If not, holler and I'll see what I can dig up. Good luck! I am trying to find out how can I get a file containing all the schedule entries with the detail information. What I am trying to do is create a file that I can query and get by user all the jobs and the command/programs they running from the job schedule entries. WRKJOBSCDE command only allows me to print a report by user in two different formats. The basic format do not give me the command and the full format gives me the command but the print out is in a format that I cannot easily converted to a data base file. Does anybody have any idea how can I do this. I reviewed the archives and I couldn't't find anything like this. TIA. Nilda Mejias Systems Development Collectcorp Inc.
