No, it is added to the spooled file while it is created.  You can specify
it at the system value, in the *JOBD or from the printer file, but from
before generating the spool.

Is there a way to change the value of PRTTXT for a spool file? CHGSPLFA
doesn't have a parameter for this. I can't control the printing of the
report but I need to change the text after the file is created.
