Check Level is behaving bizarrely. It first pops up an error saying it
cannot read the file setup.ini. Then it pops up an error saying my fixpack
on my machine is newer than the one on the host. True, because I manually
applied the latest fixpack, but if it can't read the directory, how could it
determine that? It then pops up an error saying it the setup.ini for the
AS/400 Java Toolbox is missing data. It pops that error up again, then pops
up the same error for the Java Runtime Environment. Then it dies.

Since I'm already up to date on FixPacks and I can always use that as an
alternative, I'm not going to worry about it. Maybe another day.
