Dennis: Only as a side note, I can mention accessing such a browser (quite possibly LYNX) through a model 300 quite a few years ago. If I recall correctly, I used ITF (Interactive Terminal Facility) to connect to the system with the browser. Pretty ugly procedure but it impressed me at the time.
