Where to go for help

Over the past few months I've caught or been sent  parts of your
discussions about problems with software subscriptions, getting information
you need, etc.  Just wanted to remind you of several options.

   On the iSeries Nation Home page there is a graphic in the center of the
   page that says "Citizen Hotline" ... the information you send in this
   form goes directly to our iSeries Customer Satisfaction team....There is
   a team responsible for responding to your questions/comments.  And they
   respond almost immediately.    http://www.ibm.com/eserver/nation1

   On this Nation web page you have the Hotline access and a method to
   provide Feedback.  That feedback comes to another email ID that I
   monitor.

   You can always send me a note or call me.   I'm usually on AOL Instant
   Messaging all day, sometimes all night!!

I do monitor midrange-L and the interlug, but sometimes I just overlook a
problem amongst the "technie talk"
