Re: wachovia ftp pgp encrypt

I believe there are available "open source" Java solutions to do the
pgp encryption/decryption. So, if you don't mind invoking Java
from CL (via the RUNJVA command), you should be able to do
this relatively easily and "cheaply".

NOTE: you might have to first ensure the file is in the IFS, or
    arrange to FTP it into an IFS directory, in order to be able to
    easily process it in Java.
