Two comments:

1) If you're sure something has been asked before, a great place to start
    is the archives. http://archive.midrange.com

Every message posted to a midrange.com list is there, and it's indexed
for searching, so you don't have to ask a question when you know it's
    been asked 1000 times before.

2) The RPG400-L mailing list would be a better place to ask this question,
since PSDS is a part of RPG. In fact, it would also be a better
place to search in the archives. (Use that same URL to get there)

Good Luck!
