RE: Beginner's Question

Well, maybe if they're going to do the work, could we also ask for UTC
offset at the job level too?  I can't say how many times the users in
different time zones have beat me up on the clock issue.  Can of worms?
Yup..... OS400 would need to use GMT internally, and have QUTCOFFSET to
designate system time (used for journaling, messaging, scheduling, etc), and
JOBUTCOFF for job local time.
