PM/400 was integrated into base OS in V5R1.
When V5R1 is installed, it will automatically uninstall V4R5 version of
PM/400 and no further action is needed.
You can but should not install V4R5 version of PM/400 on V5R1 - it will
lead to problems.
Which job exactly is holding locks and what objects are locked? There
should not be any jobs when you are in restricted mode.

Greetings!

We recently went from V4R5 to V5R1. We are having problems with a
Performance Manager job locking objects in QUSRSYS even after going to
restricted mode. This stops our weekly save with object locks. PM was at
V4R5 level and has not been upgraded. Question is - How can I upgrade or
un-install PM/400? I don't see any options to remove it, and have not
found an upgrade for it.

TIA
