× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I might be off here, but my understanding of the offset is strictly
for in/out mail services and such -
so imho I would say the proper way would be the actual time, and
then you will have to remember to adjust the offset then too.

I just remembered... Sunday we "fall back" for the time. What is the
"proper" way to adjust the time? The offset or the actual time?
