.NET is really just a buzzword.  It is getting all their server applications
(SQL, 2000, Biztalk, etc.) to talk to each other via web services ... stuff
that Borland had their development tools doing 6 months before MS and The
open Source community doing even befor then.

.NET is an all inclusive umbrella.

But yes, Win2K on the server and XP on the desktop.

And didn't you read the other threads?  We are using abacuses.
