Joe, that is not the only place, I just did some training and went through
the same issues, I won in the end though and had them put the charges on the
cc. From what was said by one of the folks in billing, is not so much that
they will not accept the cc, it is more that you need to do it up front!
Either way, the responsible individual is/was not thinking correctly on this
one.

What the heck is going on here?

I just went to pay my support payment and I've been told that as of August,
IBM no longer accepts credit card payments.  I'd love to talk to the person
who decided that it was acceptable to remove yet one more convenience from
the customer.
