Actually, Jamie, I think my original statement did give constructive advice.
It also asked a number of questions, none of which have yet been followed up
on.  Without some knowledge of the type of application, any further advice
would be a little premature.

I agree that the devolving of the conversation into wisecracks could be a
little offputting, but at this point we haven't heard back yet from
Catherine (the original poster) so I think we're in a bit of a holding
pattern.
