This is a problem I have been having. If someone has a "hard drop" from CAE (like if they are dial up and connection drops or computer loses power suddenly) the AS/400 doesn't release the device. Sometimes I'll have to go in wrkactjob and end the user's session or even worse, some times I have to go into wrkcfgsts and vary off/on their device so they can get back on.
