Not likely; most older RPG III programs would not have been
"compiled with debug", since those options did not exist until
relatively recently. (Also, I believe STRISDB relies on having
the source member on the machine...)

Try www.sourceretrieval.com -- they have a "service" where you
can send the objects and pay a "fee" per program, based on the
number of lines of code, or you can purchase the decompiler to
run on your machine; pricing is based on how many programs
you need to decompile (sort of like a "tiered" pricing scheme).
