In the middle of my V5R1 install, the CD drive appears to have died. When it
came time to insert disk 4 of 5, pushing the button would not eject the
disk. I tried replying G anyway, on the theory that it would detect the disk
hadn't changed and unlock the door, but I got a message about having a
problem changing to the next disk and the G or X reply again. I finally gave
up and replied X, and it went back to the Installing Licensed Programs
screen. How badly hosed will my system be, and how do I recover? I assume
I'll have to replace the CD drive; fortunately, I've got a replacement (from
a 9402-400).
