My business partner says I cannot use the 3004 256MB memory sticks from my 720 in a 170, YET the Installation and Upgrade Guide says I can. I currently have 8 3001 32MB memory sticks. The manual I have is for V4R4. Can I go above the 832MB max memory on these boxes by using the 3004 256MB sticks? I will have some of these after upgrading our 720 to an 820 and adding a couple of 1GB memory sticks. I will have 4 3002 128MB and 2 3004 256MB sticks which will give me 1024MB of memory if I put it all in the 170-2291 but the V4R4 manual show a max of 832MB. ( 2x32 + 6x128). I do not trust my business partner any more.
