F4 is no use in QShell. You enter the command, followed by -h or --help.
It's unixly terse and cryptic. The best answer is in the docs, or man pages
(which are not in QShell). So you're left with InfoCenter, which has good
information, under Programming->Shells->QShell->Utilities.
