Beginning of the end for interactive penalty?

Today's NewsWire has "TWO MINUTES WITH DAVE SLATER ON THE ISERIES TOOLS
STRATEGY". In there are hints that the interactive penalty (his word for
it, not ours) might get phased out - GreenStreak was a kind of test bed for
this. WebFacing seems to have driven some of this.

We can dream, eh? Now, how about a rebate for all of us who were bilked by
earlier policies (oops, IBM doesn't have policies, only procedures).
