The following information is provided as is and is to be used as a guide in helping to determine what functions are being restricted to the Client Access License Management by the PC's operating system. The following suggestions are not intended to completely address every possible user restriction. 1 Ensure that the users are not restricted from the CWBLicenseBureau Class application. These properties can be displayed and/or changed be running the dcomcnfg.exe which is a tool supplied by the Windows operating system. Any questions or assistance with the use of dcomcnfg.exe would have to be covered by Microsoft since it is supplied with the Windows Operating system. 2 The following registry entries need to be accessible by the users attempting to launch Client Access. These entries are specific to the Client Access cwblmsrv.exe (License Management) and can be accessed in Windows NT/2000 using regedt32.exe. |--------------------------------------------------------------------------| | Warning: Changes made to the registry can cause serious problems if | | not done correctly.
