No, the QTEMP on the initial library list is that of the job running using
that job description. Most jobds have QTEMP specified on them so that
QTEMP is searched for any objects which have not be libary qualified, as a
lot of products place work files in QTEMP.

I may be wrong, but my issue is that if CHGJOBD runs in job A
and tries to change the library list for job B, and one of the libraries
on the list is QTEMP, which QTEMP is being used? Job A's or
job B's? If Job A's, problem. If job B's, no problem. Maybe I should
go read the manual for CHGJOBD  :-)
