Check out the QMPGData/QAPMJSum file.

This is a summary file of performance statistics.  The interval is based on 
your collection interval.  There is a Job Group called CA4 which may be what 
you are looking for.

A couple of years ago someone from IBM Support sent me titled "Performance 
Tools Formulas and Algorithms", along with a couple of other 
performance-related documents.  Based on these documents I was able to set up 
my own performance summary graphs.  If you are interested, I will forward you 
the docs.

FYI, the documents are good for at least V4R4 and V4R5.  I don't know if the 
information is valid for other releases.
