Jose, This is impossible from a dumb terminal. But from a terminal emulator in Windows, it should be relatively straightforward. Depending on the degree of access or integration, you may need a more simple or more complex emulator product. I do this kind of integration with newlook on a regular basis, but without more detailed requirements, it is hard to be specific about any kind of solution. I would be happy to discuss this off-list.
