Who is spamcop?  Are they really trustworthy or are they vigilantes?  On a
mail server I manage I received a message from them indicating I was
sending spam.  I know this to be false - it is neither an open relay nor
on a network fast enough to send any.  Further I have reviewed the logs
and can verify no spam has been sent.
