Thanks, everyone. Our network guy confirmed the netlogon issue.

We have a machine my boss wants to use with the AS/400, and we were trying
to figure out why we couldn't see that machine in QNTC. We are planning now
to reload it with NT/2K.

Specifically, the issue is NETLOGON support.  Win9x doesn't have it.
