This is an issue that I think should be brought to the knowledge of people in Rochester for further explanation or to be address in the next release. How can a system claim E-commerce without taking care of time "daylight saving". Is there any platform out there, Non-IBM, that has the same problem? Even WINDOZE took care of it.
