Since there've been a couple mentions of people prompting powerful commands in
order to see parms and then mistakenly pressing <Enter>, it's worthwhile
pointing out that command prompting can be safely done in various ways. One
example:
===> call qcmdchk ('?pwrdwnsys' 32)
A wrapper can be created using QCAPCMD, QCMDCHK, etc., which will prompt but
not execute.
