Yes it will. Any modem that support SNA will also support BSC as they are both sync protocols. What I am not sure of is if it supports half or full duplex protocols. The half duplex protocol would be the old Bell standards, (201, 208, 212) or if it support full duplex like V.32. I thought we had one around here, but a quick look in the pile of old stuff did not reveal one. I don't have a manual around here either. If you need a good sync modem to use w/the AS/400, you can't beat the UDS v32 series. The V3229, V3400 amd V3600 all have a factory option set (#9) that works perfectly for dial up SNA or BSC from the 400. cjg Carl J.
